With the recent huge increases in single family house prices in Vancouver, it was only a matter of time when higher end condos began a significant rise themselves. This is especially so with waterfront units. This unit had the location and view to go along with a completely updated interior, to market aggressively. Through several open houses, a price was achieved that represented about a 20% per sf increase over previous comparable units in the complex.
