Our Comments:
The location on a side street with a dead end and a steep slope, meant this home got to take advantage of the City boulevard for space and the lack of traffic for serenity. The slope ensured the view. The design facing onto the end of the block towards the quiet side street gave the home a much greater street appeal and also allowed for a fabulous use of windows. Some minor condition imperfections were easily solved after the fact, resulting in a fabulous home at a great all-in price.
